Smart Awards Underground Safety SA002 Course

Smart Awards Underground Safety SA002 Course

The Smart Awards underground safety course is designed for engineers and technicians on underground telecommunications networks. It is a safety requirement for most internet service providers, especially those working on the Openreach and Physical Infrastructure Access (PIA) networks.

This course is not just about theory; it’s about hands-on learning. It equips learners with the safety skills and practical knowledge of the hazards and potential risks of working within an operational telecommunication underground environment, ensuring they feel competent and skilled.

Delegates will gain the knowledge and skills to recognise and effectively manage the dangers and potential risks of working safely on underground structures and operational buildings, instilling a sense of awareness and caution.

Duration: 1 Day
Pre-requisite: None

On completion of this course, you will receive your first year of Cofnii Membership at no cost.
